The 6th graders got a taste of some classic literature by performing a reader’s theater, middle school version of A Christmas Carol. Most knew who Scrooge was, but didn’t know the full story or the themes that we can apply to Christmastime today. 🎄

Sixth grade science is finishing a unit on sensory receptors. We made natural paint with egg yolks and spices. We used turmeric, tarragon, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, and tajin. Our sense of smell was definitely activated. Thank you to Emmalee and Abigale Nicholson for separating all the eggs for us.

Day Two of ENG 10 Presentations ☺️
1. How to Decorate a Christmas Tree
2. How to Dog Sit
3. How to Wrestle
4. How to Golf

Congratulations to the most recent students of the month, Mackenzie and Andi! ☺️
