During reading time, Mrs. Schow's first graders are putting key vocabulary into action!
Here you will see them working through three vocabulary words as they tackle two different challenges--building a variety of shapes without unlinking their hands from the rope and building the highest tower with the cups provided to them.
Initiative: Students have been practicing stepping up and learning how to present ideas to classmates. 💡
Collaboration: Students have been learning that working together makes problems easier.🤝
Perseverance: Students have been trying again and again without giving up. 💪🏼
We are so proud of their hard work and determination as they build a strong foundation for lifelong learning!⭐️
