If you were in the school building the last couple of days you would have noticed the middle school students intensely reading many books. They were competing in a snowball challenge, with the sixth grade coming out on top with a grand total of 30 snowballs. The winning grade received a snow cone party, a snowball fight (dodgeball game) in the gym, and the traveling snowball trophy!! Congrats 6th Grade!! #paxtontigers

✨THE DRAMA✨ This week our speech students performed dramatic readings of "boring" texts which included the Official ACT Prep Guide, the nutrition label on a bag of Skittles, Mrs. Schim’s annotated bibliography prompt (thanks, Avery 🙄), a chemistry handbook, and even the Google Terms of Service. Legal disclaimers and sugar serving sizes have never been so intense. 😅

Reminder that we will be hosting the D2-10 Girls Basketball Subdistrict this week. This is an NSAA event and no local passes are accepted. Admission is $6 Adults $5 K-12. Good luck this week Tigers!

The Paxton Speech Team had great performances today at the North Platte Blue & Gold Meet. Congratulations to Natalie on her 8th place finish in the Varsity Humorous Prose competition. Way to go! Tigers will be competing on Wednesday, Feb. 18th at the RPAC Speech meet at Med Valley. #paxtontigers

DISTRICT WRESTLING — TODAY & TOMORROW The Tigers hit the mat today at Southwest for District Wrestling action beginning at 2:30 PM! 🐯 Competition continues tomorrow at Southwest starting at 8:30 AM as our wrestlers battle for a chance to advance to the State Competition.
