
Congratulations to Mrs Peters and the Paxton band for hosting a wonderful concert and day for the RPAC band clinic. Clinician Lane Swedberg did an amazing job and the performance was awesome!






The Paxton FFA chapter had the privilege of attending the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Sustainable Beef packing plant in North Platte as well as the honor of meeting Senator Deb Fischer and Governor Jim Pillen.


NHS member, Ethan Hardin, will be hosting the Goodwill Truck from April 4-17th in the school parking lot. We will have a list of acceptable items to donate posted soon around town and online. Thank you for your donations!

Congratulations to our 4th & 5th grade "Rogue Robots" team. This robotics team has been working together since October to complete engineering and robotics challenges. Their performance in this global challenge has earned them the exciting opportunity to compete in the Sphero World Championship! Their championship presentation will take place at then end of April. Good luck Gavin, Hynlee, Marvel and Baley!!

The middle school Science Olympiad team competed today at Kearney and placed 5th as a team! The 2nd grade students have been working on properties of matter and how certain materials and designs are chosen for a task. In this challenge they had to build a marshmallow tower that was over 15 cm tall and could stand on its own for more than 5 seconds.




In 7th grade English, students are taking on the role of novel characters and making World War II war effort posters to go along with our book, Farewell to Manzanar. Students are learning about historical context, author perspective, and putting themselves into the shoes of others. Way to be creative, Tigers!


Junior parents, you should have received a letter in the mail from the school regarding the upcoming ACT test that they will be taking on Tuesday, March 25. Please return the ACT Parental Consent Form to the school, which was included with that letter of explanation. Let us know if you have any questions regarding this.
